The Market at Bohemia Bay established the following rules and regulations for the welfare of all its users, whether registered or not. If they are not acceptable, please do not use this website.

• Users of this website are solely responsible for the content of any communication facilitated by this website. Accordingly, no user may upload, share, post or distribute any content in any form (e.g., text, images, sounds or other data) that:
  • a. is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, profane, derogatory, or fraudulent;

• No item classified as real property (e.g., buildings, land, etc.) may be listed to buy, sell or exchange. This includes but is not limited to slips at Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour or any other marina.

Finally, continued operation of this website is at the sole discretion of its sponsor, Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour, who reserves the right to terminate all operations without notice or explanation.
